I love the practicality of it and definitely easy to learn from. It's funny that at first I thought Twitter wouldn't really catch on, and then it EXPLODED, and THEN I finally decided to try it out haha (I'm usually not a laggard in technology). But after using it for a little bit, I can see that the personal touch that it gets allows businesses to get a really personal feel for what people are saying about them (if they are popular enough). That is, compared to corporate reports by market research firms, which I feel can help a lot more than professional marketers... and it's free =) Wicked article.
