Digital Marketing and More | Alex Ikonn

Let’s be honest, majority of people do not use or understand Twitter. Facebook is a more evolved social media tool that has been more or less accepted by our society and it is greater understood than Twitter. I still remember the days when people would ask “What is Facebook?” and even when they had a general idea, they would just bash the concept and say “I would never join Facebook”. Couple of months later, a friend request pops up.

I personally use both social networks and love each of their unique features and benefits. However, being on multiple social networks can take up lots of time. This is why I love the Twitter application on Facebook which allows me to synchronize whatever I post on twitter to appear as my status update on Facebook.

But you have to be very careful as you can piss off your network of friends with your constant twitter feed. I personally had mixed reviews with my twitter updates on Facebook and my main motive for this post is to find out true feelings on updating your status via Twitter.

So how do you feel about people syncing their Twitter updates with Facebook? Leave a comment below.

Thank you for reading! If you have not already, why not subscribe to my RSS feed, or you can get the latest updates from me in your Email inbox for free.

I think it's the smartest thing ever! Why waste time, when you can synchronize the two? It's genius!! And those who get annoyed can always "Hide" your feeds, so they don't come up in their feeds. I'm sure more people will benefit from the info, than those who will be annoyed... But to answer your question if it's not obvious already, I love the Twitter App on Facebook! ;)
  • I want to thank you for letting me know about it when I just started using twitter...because I would have to waste time by double status updating... Now I just use twitter and it work for both twitter and facebook! Fantastic invention:)
